We founded The Yellow Welly Company Ltd in 2025 after a successful period of property investing.  We knew that we could do so much more for our customers. Our aim from now on is to help you get the best deal for your land, build some amazing family homes whilst building wealth and security for those we love. 

Courtenay Roach

From a very small town across the pond called Texas, Courtenay brings massive organisational and research skills to our modest office. She's also your constant point of contact alongside Danielle as she sifts through legislation, researches info for our appraisals, stays up to date with ever changing building legislation and much, much more.

Nigel Ghaznavi 

With a background in design & marketing he likes things to look and feel just perfect.  The thing is though, it's not just about design for Nigel.  As well as having an eye for the beauty in things he also has an ear for engaging conversation and a talent for explaining things in a way that really makes sense.  This is why, alongside Joe he'll be one of the first people you'll meet.

Tommy Kennedy

Owner of our sister company Infinity Land Wealth and our in house Business Coach Tommy is a vital part of our decision making process.  Tommy ensures we stay on our mission and true to our promise of putting our customers needs ahead of our own whilst maintaining a thriving, fun and wonderful company.  

He is the daily voice of reason, care and sense!
