We are a land and property development business which operates with the aim of getting as much value out of your land as possible - for you.  We will never just slap a load of ugly flats on it (unless you ask us to of course).  It means beautiful buildings, working with great architects & submitting planning applications that councils and residents actually like. 

We can have you a full appraisal & offer to you within 7 days.  There's a lot of research that we have to do to find the most suitable development for your local area, thats in keeping with the current character & setting, that is in line wiht the needs of your local council and leaves you with something you can be proud of.

Very little!  Meet us for a coffee, take us to the land and show us round, sign some forms along the way and thats all we need from you.  Your time can mostly be spent enjoying the process and asking us questions if you're curious about how we do the things we do.

100% yes and this is The Yellow Welly Way.  There is loads of land out there and it would be so easy to be land flippers with no care, but where's the fun in that?  

England is our forever home so we care about what it looks like - maybe more than most.   Working with our customers is what we do best and what we love the most so we don't want to do it without your input. 

We do and we don't. We do because a good deal isn't to be turned down but it isn't our main priority so we may not always be the best fit for your property.  However, we have a substantial network of investors (remember we started out as property investors) that do buy properties as a business so we would gladly put you in touch with the right business and person for your needs.

Yes you can.  We have a sister company - Infinity Land Wealth - that we set up exactly for the purpose of educating people how to buy, plan a development and then sell it.  You can call the office to book call with Tommy and he will run you through everything.

Yes we will.  We have a large network of business owners, estate agents & land owners so we can certainly point you in the right direction.  All options can be spoken about in our meetings and nothing is off the table if the deal is good for us all.
